how can i improve my blog traffic and ad clicks ?

yes, keep your blog updated, every other day is fine, think about your title when posting to bring traffic. you should also track your ads to see if they are getting clicks, play around with them to see if something else works better. i have free tips etc... on blogging at my site http://www.onthenetdollars.com
You can increase both by increasing your subscribers. Try using Feedburner, and display your subscription form/rss feed above the fold.
