The hospice benefit is covered by Medicare, I  am guessing, Advantra Freedom is the part B of your Medicare.

Seeing this was posted 10 months ago, you either have gotten the answer or the person who it was posted about has passed.  When Hospice is recommended, the hospice company you are referred to will find the best funding for the hospice service before the patient is admitted to hospice. They will bill the appropriate insurance company or Medicare. I know this maybe late, but I hope it answers your question.
