Hi,

You posted your question 8 months ago.  Did you get an answer from her dentist?

Without adult teeth to push them out and make them loose the baby teeth will remain there until you have them removed and replaced with something permanent like dentures or implants.

I am not a dentist, but I have the same issue as your daughter. I am 31 years old and was never really told how to deal with this issue until recently. Most of the baby teeth that I had broke by the time that I was 18. I have been wearing dentures. The problem with dentures is that if left for too long you will loose your bone, which is what is happening to me now. I am planning on getting implants put in the next month, but because of the lack of bone the procedure will be a lot more complicated and costly.  I don't want another person to go thru this so have your daughter visit several implant dentists to get their opinions. Most likely they will say that she is too young, but keep in mind that a denture left for too long will cause other damages.
