I was born to one woman at a hospital and given to another woman, both women have birth certificates on me and two ss numbers there was no adoption, How can this be possiable? Doesn't the state keep up with the records of children? I've called the state to let them know and they tell me that there Is no way that I don't know about the adoption. That adoption records are sealed. I know more than the state does, I was never adopted. The women had a second birth cert. made up.
