Dealing with adopted kids one is a very nice thing to do .

Because it nattract more blessings from god . The only thing needed is to be patient with them.

You deal with them as you would with kids who are not adopted.

And what do you mean the period of adoption?

Adoption is supposed to be the real thing. If you're planning a part time adoption, I suggest you give the idea up. Kids need stability and a home that will accept them and be there for them...

Long before you even adopt a child, you should have completed counseling courses in the region where you live.  If you haven't, or still need assistance, there are many non-profit agencies that will be more than happy to assist you.  Check you directory assistance under "child welfare" or "social services".  Meanwhile, just treat that child like a natural born child of your own.  Do what comes naturally as long as it does not harm the child and is for the betterment of the childs welfare.  At any time that you are unsure of what to do, check with a nurse or a family friend that has children or any parent, for that matter.  I'm sure many people would be more than happy to help, given your position.  Good luck and thanks for doing a wonderful thing!
