What are you appealing about? In general you can appeal about issues regarding adoption but again it isn't clear what you are trying to achieve.

my son and daughter-in-law died 1-5-06,murder suicide.it happened at her mothers house,the family hid my grandson for 26 days,and filed for gaudianship by a half uncle.they sent my a letter the same day they filed,stating my whereabouts was unknown,gaurdianship was granted.now for two years i have fought and got visitation,I HAVE RAISED MY GRANDSON ALL HIS LIFE,now they adopted him. im losing my baby,and no-one will listen to me,im lost.ive lost my son due to these people,now ive lost my grandson.

Wow. Sounds rough. The way I see it the decision regarding the adoption was made under false facts. You say that they didn't even give you a chance to fight for custody. This sounds like a classic case for appeal or even reopening the case.

In order to do this you'll need a good lawyer who knows the ins and outs of family law. I'm sure you have dealt with lawyers in the past regarding this case but in order to move forwards you'll definitely need some professional help.
