Yes, after she is 18 she is considered an adult.
HI i think at 16 kids can do that. I would be careful how u react. Parents do go through a bad withdrawal when kids leave home. Its very easy to try and hold on to them. If things are good at home and she is good in school then hug her and say if she needs any help or needs to come home for a while she will always be welcome. I had to say that to my adopted 16 year old after getting pregnant by her uncle. Thank god she figured things out after he went to jail and now shes a hard working charge nurse. She not a good mother thou. Not sure what that is all about.
