nys dmv I recently violated the insurance code. I filed with geico. I made a payment by automated system. They refuse to lookin any of their records. My insurance lapsed when it should of not. When calling around for auto insurance all insurance companies said that they get a lot of people that this happens to. How can I file a complaint about geico? Thank you
