I'm not sure you can do that.

FireFox gets the favicon from the website you are bookmarking.
The site doesn't put it there but rather use a standard convension (read about it more here in Wikipedia) to tell the browser that it has a favicon.

When you bookmark a site that uses a favicon, FireFox adds the favicon near the bookmark.
