If twincitiesmark has an open profile, simply go to his profile and click on the link (upper left corner) which says 'Add as Contact.'
You can do this for anyone whom you wish to add as a contact, you do not need to wait until they add you. The person whom you add will be notified by Yedda and can reciprocate if s/he cares to.
(Note: If you attempt to add someone and reach a closed profile page, that person is either a minor child or s/he has a closed profile because they have listed themselves as a minor child so as to keep their profile hidden from view.)
