I am a small business owner in one of US cities ...

I am a small business owner in one of US cities (Los Angeles). Can someone suggest me on the right QuickBooks service provider and the things I should be considering while selecting one of them. Also give me links of one or two trusted QuickBooks Hosting ASPs.

Yes, you are right in your observation that QuickBooks hosting can allow you to access the application from anywhere anytime. Also QuickBooks hosting allow multiuser collaboration so that all concerned users can access the application simultaneously and work on it. As regards service provider be sure that they provide backup to all QuickBooks files, host all versions and editions of QuickBooks and provide free troubleshooting and support.

Depending on how large your business is you may not need accounting software at this time.  Most banks offer business software for a very small fee.  I set up online billpay, payroll and invoicing for about $30 per month.  You would need to create a small General Ledger either manually or preferably a spreadsheet on a computer.

Bank Of America provides a download to Quickbooks.
