In an accident, neither driver admits fault, no witnesses & Highway Patrol could not determine who's at fault. My insurance is paying for my medical, they paid for the total loss vehicle because I have full coverage. Who then will pay for my Pain & Suffering, also lost of wages? Do I have to sue my own insurance company?
