I am trying to do a firmware update on my router ...

I am trying to do a firmware update on my router model #:wbr-3405tx. I downloaded the lastest firmware from www.level1.com, but everytime i try to upgrade it, i lose my connection and disconnects. Anyone have an idea what the problem is ?
