**Please disregard prior posting** [was submitted by error; actual question never went through--recieved "Oops" screen] The following is what I was attempting post previously: How would anyone access ANY of the proxy/filter/anonymizers if the library/office/school (etc) has filtering software that restricts one from even accessing any particular proxy?!?
