how can you access the CMOS setup program on any given personal computer?
Faith... On most computers: When you either "Boot" or "Reboot"... Press either "Delete" or "F2" when the First BIOS Screen appears. It varies from computer to computer because of the way 'Manufacturers' set the system up.
