Hello Jim:
If your writing in a cretin fashion, it appears your just putting "stuff" on paper, without thinking it through, possibly using phraseology not conducive to what your trying to do or accomplish.
Your acceptance of a change in your style is subjective to what your looking to gain from your efforts. To become an accomplished writer acknowledged by your peers. To write for the pure fun of it. Or, to just dabble when it fits your needs.
If you have a decent command of the English language and grammar, you may need to practice expressing more human emotion and descriptions with great adjectives and verbs.
As I indicated in my article ... "you have to make your readers responsive to a visual picture so you are not just writing, but literally developing visions and emotions on paper. . . ."

Analyze your writing:
- Is grammar a problem or the formatting of your articles?
- Is your style dull or irritating or doesn't make sense?
- Are you writing about things you really are not comfortable with?
- Do you add research to the articles you write to make them better?
- Are you writing about things that are too general or overdone to attract a reading audience?
- Do you have patience or are you rushing to create your articles rather then sketching out for yourself exactly what you need, where you'll go to get what you need and exactly how you'll develop your story?
