It is my belief that your questions unveils a basic misunderstanding. Some fat people are very strong. This means that they have some terrific muscles inside of that protective packaging.
Here is a proposal to remove the protective packaging from those abs. (Which, by the way, you should be working on as suggested above.) (Even if you fat is on the inside, instead of covering it all up, these suggestions will still work.) Limit your eating from breakfast thru an 8 hour period. (If you eat breakfast at 9, then your last meal of the day will be at 3.) The reason that you want to do this is to force you body into a catabolic state for a short period every day.(This means that you burn some of your ab packaging.) Do aerobics as late in the day as you can. (Exercise will keep some people awake, and you do not want to do that.) What is aerobics? It is getting your heart rate elevated and keeping it there. (Aerobic Territory- not to be confused with the Territorial Rex- is determined thusly: {220 - your age}(2/3). (An example. 40 year old person. {220 - 40}(2/3)= 120) Keep your heart rate here for a minimum of 20 minutes.
And now we get to diet. Meaning what you eat, not what you deprave yourself of. NO- refined flour products (white bread), refined sugars, especeially fructose and sodas, saturated fats, trans fats, alcohol. YES- fruits and veggies and whole grain products. Let me introduce you to my opinion of carnivores. Amia, meet the meat. Easy does it. A nice, tender, grilled rib eye is always yummy, but man does not live by steak alone. Skinless fowl, deer, and rabbit are preferable choices. Google seafood. If your cholesterol is not high, do not let a high cholesterol content deter you from including this in your diet. And don't buy any farm raised or Atlantic salmon. Farm raised catfish would be a better choice. Which leads me to the question, what is the difference between a catfish and a lawyer. And the answer is, one is a cold blooded, slimy, scum sucking bottom dweller and the other is a fish. Embrace healthy eating habits. GOD willing, you will learn to love it. Just remember, when GOD created Adam and Eve, He put the in the Garden of Eatin'.
I will get an email if you wish to take issue with the suggestions. Or the jokes.
