I've been on the pill for a little over a year now ...

I've been on the pill for a little over a year now, after having an abortion and last mth I decided to take a break from it. How likely is it that I can get pregnant easier than it was before I went on the pill, and how can I work out my ovulation schedule without the 3 mth break from the pill?

Your best bet is to use an alternate form of birth control (e.g., condoms, diaphragm + spermicide, spermicide alone, sponge). It is difficult to predict when ovulation is after coming off the pill as it sometimes takes a little while for your body to go back to normal, so your cycle can be erratic.

If you're not interested in a pregnancy right now, don't take any risks.
