Up until now, he's been a one-trick pony, if you'll forgive the expression. But, he always plays the popular boy who falls for the "un-popular" girl. High School Musical, and Hairspray are prime examples of his normal work. And, it's tiring. I've never liked him, not because of his place in High School Musical(which I also dislike), but for the sheer fact that he can't even seen to find a decent acting job without being Mister Big-shot. I give him 5 more years of work, and then he'll take the path of many, MANY of Disney's 'prodigal children', belt a few singles, then disappear forever, and I will welcome that day.
