ZERO interest mortgage modification

I received a mortgage modification which I believe is the Obama mortgage after five years after loan modification. It has the trial period spelled out: 3 payment trial period, then the inetrest rate reduction continues to 2014. In the year 2015 (the 6th year) the interest rate goes to "ZERO for the life of the loan". This seems to good to be true.

Should I expect another modification in 2015?

Should I expect new modification paperwork after the 3 payment trial period?

Has anyone else out there been offered a ZERO interest rate?
