AP, go to youtube and watch the video (or pause it).  select "Embed" in the top right uder the description and click it.  When it highlights, copy it.

In the Yedda answer box, click on "Add Video", in the top box which is labeled "general" and says "paste embedded code here", paste in the embed code you copied.  Click insert and you're done.

You're welcome.  Where's the video?  By the way, I changed the video at the top of the page.  It shows how badly I need new strings on my guitar.  More of a Mexican flavor like those videos you referred to.
