AS-

When you find yourself about to eat something, take come very deep breaths as you walk away from the food.

Losing weight is about taking in less calories than you expend. Breathing just does not burn very many calories. Maybe you could breathe deeply while you were taking a long walk.

In order to survive, we must breathe, but apparently, many health problems arise because of lack of oxygen in the body, and that could be from shallow breathing. Too many  chemical reactions in your body need oxygen molecules.
