What is your take on Yedda's new system?

I still don't care for it.

I understand the apparent reasoning behind some of the changes, but I think there are problems which need to be corrected.

I trust that all of us working together will be able to bring about the needed corrections so that we can transform Yedda into something which will work for all of us, rather than benefit one type of user over another.

Wish they would go back to the old one.  I hate the "comments" as it makes it extremely difficult to navigate the posts.  I hope they reconsider the changes they made, and can come to  some sort of system that works for  all.  I also don't like the "helpful answers" and wish they would also get rid of that.  It makes no sense to me why they would want to keep it.

Hi Patriot,  I don't like this new format at all.  Before I was could not wait to get on the site and post with all of you.  Since this new format I have hardly been on at all.  Wish they would change it back.

My opinion  is  i do like  it ,  I just  think  it  takes time  to  getting  used  to,  Some people  do  like  it  And   some  don't  like  it ,  Thanks  for  stopping by

The new version is very slanted AGAINST anyone posting information on Obama -

as evidenced by what occurred when wikipedia information was posted on Obama's father - that was quite respectful - considering the circumstances of ALL of what is known about Obama's father -

but yet the respectful information - was deemed by the Obama-ites to not be helpful information -

which results in changes to the Thumbs Up category - and allows their games to appear as if the information posted is not worthwhile - or factual.

The Obama-ites can use the "comment" area to keep hitting the "not helpful"  - without needing to discuss what is posted - or wanting to address what is posted.

At the very least - Y needs to place it back on a more even playing field - that could occur by bringing back the Thumbs Up ratings - that would reflect more value - to what is being posted.

Y should return to the previous version - minus the pockets of comments -

to have use of the SCROLL aspect - to scroll through the games being played by the Obama-ites - disrupting discussions on information being posted in the comments area.

The previous version of Y - could - at least - hold down the nasty abusive behavior of the Obama-ites trying to disrupt discussions.

The newer version allows it to happen.

Yesterday - on September 1, 2009 - I received notice of  "123" replies - dating as far back as August 2nd !

What's up with that?  One hundred and twenty-three = 123. Somebody is asleep at the wheel - or the replies were intentionally re-routed - to not appear for close to five weeks (?).

Most of them came from Tippy ripping me a new one - with her satan worshipping Christian dialogue - trying to force me to accept Obama covering up the cross for his speech in a "church" - with Tippy claiming that we are a nation of diverse religions - in which Obama covering up the cross offended some, and not others - like her.  Although Tippy brought it back to it being HATE for the first black president - while of course Obama is bi-racial - which makes no sense to play the race card - but that is all Obama is about - including his minions.                    

But since Tippy claims we are diverse, a nation of many religions, then I still say - nothing should have occurred with the cross - as a symbol in the "church" - and of God.

Obama having his "speech" in a place - without symbols - such as a parking lot - would not have given the "echo" that a "church" creates - that Obama needs as the great teleprompter orator - trying to still channel his MYTH - with all the sound effects that Obama can muster.
