It's for you and me and anybody else who wants to share their knowledge, and enjoy the shared knowledge to broaden their horizons.

In other words, it's for people to tell other people what they want to know, and get answers. Basically each and every one of us has some unique knowledge based on life experience, schooling, education and other factors. I believe many of us want to share this knowledge with others.
