Is Yahoo keeping the SPAM in a GIANT folder?

In YAHOO email when you spam a message it just sends it to trash does it do anything else like Flag it in California?

and is there someplace where all the SPAM goes to feed the poor people?

Spams are blocked they can't get in the system.
