I need the services of a Real Estate Attorney. I am being sued in the county of Los Angeles, state of California. I need a properly formatted letter requesting that the case against me be dismissed. The statue of limitations has elapes, ( personal injury 2 years) ( real estate business 3 years) I have all the documentation. Also, if this case can not be dismissed, then I would like to request that this case be transfer to either Cumberland or Harnett counties, in the state of North Carolina. I am a military retiree with 100% combat disabilities. It would be a hardship for me to travel to Los Angeles for this hearing.
