Hi camsmommy,
We as humans have very delicate chemical balances that need to be maintained properly or illnesses and poor health will surely follow. My advice is that it appears your "out-of-whack". If you are seriously about wanting another child AND maintaining your health, here is what I recommend:
1. Get yourself strong and healthy BEFORE getting pregnant. Pregnancy can seriously alter your body chemistry (see Post partum).
2. Begin taking a high-quality all natural multi-vitamin like one of these:

These 2 actually help to repair your body on the cellular level.
3. Start a moderate exercise program. Walking is great! Excercise naturally helps to balance hormones and being fit going into pregnancy will help to make the pregnancy a healthier one (remember your child can only really be as healthy as you are). All these steps will also make recovering from the pregnancy and delivery smoother and both mom and baby will be much healthier.
This may not be the exact answer you were looking for, but if you follow these steps, you will get your mind & body back in tune and properly prepared for the stress of pregnancy.
