Love is the battery of life....

Hi Jess,
Sorry to bring you the bad news: German Shepherds live around 10 years.... Your "best friend" reached that age and he is old... and being old has many "problems"... As a person of 100 years old has.... all kind of medical problems.....  Take him to the vet but I have the sad feeling that those are his last days..... Sorry for you ( I went through the same sad experience with a similar dog)
Best regards,

It sounds to me like he might have some allergies.  Food allergies are the easiest to find.  I would try him on some food that doesn't have corn in it.    You might also check him for fleas.  Some dogs are allergic to them.  Some dogs will eat their own feces, but usually they eat the fecus from other dogs.  If the food change doesn't help, I recommend that you take him to the vet.
