I know someone who wants to make a will. She doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a lawyer. But she does want a legally correct document. What do you think she should do?
Has she tried the will making software out there? There are several, here's a URL to one that I am familiar with.

Hi
searching the web, you can find numerous websites which contain will-templates (links: 1 2 3). these may help your friend putting together a will. it is, however, recommended to check out the specific legislations in your state. you may find this information in your local ".gov" website.
good luck
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
When an answer is posted by someone who was invited (byYedda or by yourself) to answer your question, their answer is marked with a yellow "invited by Yedda".

Of course, the more helpful your answers are, the more likely you are to be invited to future questions...
I noticed you are from Rhode Island and if I assume correctly that your friend is also living in Rhode Island,
She's from Rhode Island. She's thinking of moving to another state someday. I guess that could make a difference ....
But let's say she stays in RI and wants to use this option. Is LegalZoom reputable? Have you tried it?
In answer to your question, yes, I have used LegalZoom.com to make my own living will (but according to the laws of Connecticut as that is where I am living). I have only had good experiences with this company and would definitely recommend it to your friend. Should she choose to move to another state later, I would think it is very simple updating that same living will according to the laws of the new state she'd be residing in by using LegalZoom again. I hope this was helpful!
