Wow (cable) Phone and internet service Problems??

My Church might use Wow (cable) Business Pro for phone and Internet Service. Any problems with using WoW (cable) would help the Church out a lot.

i use wow for my internet phone and cable  tv and i dont have a problem with them I've used them 4 yrs now with only 2 times it went out and it was not their fault it was my electic company .
