Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.

A:

Because you have lost sight in one eye should not stop you from getting a driver's license.  My brother always had one, but it was restricted to having two outside mirrors.  You might call the DMV to see what they say.

I known you can drive with one eye , but you have to wait for waiver to be appoved, in the mean time I  have no income
