I have lost sight in one eye unable to renew drivers license,not working waiting for vision waiver from DPS.Wanted to know if I quilify for workmens comp or some kind of financial help.

Because you have lost sight in one eye should not stop you from getting a driver's license. My brother always had one, but it was restricted to having two outside mirrors. You might call the DMV to see what they say.
