Working with Korean Giants

what can we do to prevent being "robed" by Korean  Giants?

We have been working for a while with a Korean company. After hearing so many warnings about Technology theft and "Moaral issues" we wonder besids patents and NDA agreements).

Can some one tell us about his expirience  with the big names LG Samsung and Others?
