I don’t want to go back to work after maternity leave. Do I have to?

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

No one can make you do so and you are not obligated to return to your job.

Many couples rely on dual incomes in order to pay bills, however, so this is something which you and your baby's father should probably discuss.

If you can swing it and have the support of your spouse and/or family, then go for it! For the most part, I stayed home with my kids when they were little - it is both the hardest and the most rewarding job you'll ever do.

Enjoy every minute of it.

No, you don't have to! Talk to you spouse about it and keep your options open. Have you ever considered working from home?

You can stay home with your new baby and still make money in your spare time. I work with two great companies that offer a truly flexible schedule. Check them out!
