The $20 Million Dollar Lawsuit filed!
1) Have you lost your job lately? 2) How did management/personnel treat you in the earlier months before you were terminated? 3) Did you find yourself doing a lot of overtime without overtime pay just to get the job done? 4) Were you working in a hostile work environment were insensitive supervisors and managers always had something non productive to say about your work in a loud and humiliation way? 5) Has the following words ever been brought up at your work place; “down sizing”, “prioritizing”. Words that mean “we are going to get rid of you by any means necessary, so we can cut cost and reduce client services”. 6) Have you ever gone to different organization for help like Human Relations or the EEOC and found no employee justice. Instead your case was place on hold for years! 7) Have you ever talked with a lawyer and they referred you to the Human Relations or the EEOC as a stall tactic not to take your case? 8) Have you ever had a civil service hearing and they refuse to allow you to have your choice of witnesses, but had theirs on the side line? 9) Have you ever had your case closed because they refused to do checks and balances first before reaching a decision? I have heard all of the excuses and have filed a 20 million dollar lawsuit in the Philadelphia, Pa. US District court, against my former employer; the County Office Servicing the Aging, located in Eddy Stone, PA; the State of Pennsylvania Civil Service Department and the union that was put in place to assist employees who had been discriminated against or terminated without just cause. Also in my lawsuit is the International Brotherhood Teamster 115, located in Philadelphia, PA, who was supposed to protect their worker’s rights; particularly since they collect their money each month. I have also requested the appearance of the Human Relations and EEOC, at my hearing, and participating Civil service commissioners. Whose appearance was denailed by the Judge Baylson. I have contacted various political personnel like Senator Arlene Specter and Bob Casey as well and various lawyers about my case. I received lots of excuses; but no assistance. The excuses were as follows “too tedious”; “my case load is full”; “we can’t touch it until the EEOC conduct their investigation”; “why did you wait so long”; “I can’t touch it because it’s in the courts”; so much political jargon. I have even gone to the EEOC, who refused to put another co-worker’s case with mine. After we both asked them to combine our cases to prove our point of view about gender discrimination, supervisory mistreatment, age discrimination, discrimination against the disabled, policy violation and a hostile work environment. Recently, I contacted my elected officials including the previous President of the United States; Bush. Well you can read the responses for yourselves. Is there any wonder why some people get a “postal” mentality out of sheer desperation; because there is no real help out there for the hard working little people. But all of this is going to change soon. Look out for the phases down sizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking because these are the new terminologies to early retirement or being place in a mental facility because of stress and no where to turn. Therefore, I am asking all you who have lost your jobs to stand up against work place injustices. They work for us the tax payers, and their management, ethics and professionalism needs to be scrutinized like the employee’s work is. I have no lawyer to represent me, so I am on my own like many of you; trying to right a wrong. So I am asking all of you who have lost their jobs, been mistreated on the job, or just can’t find employment. When you know you are qualified to join me in taking a stand. If no one will help us then we’ll have to help ourselves. One voice, one goal; there is strength in numbers. Together, let us organize the biggest march against the state capitals and the Justice Department for over looking the small American! Let’s join together and be heard by any means necessary. I am calling upon all of you to take a stand and not take the postal man’s attitude for our justice. I have a court date soon for my case and lots of work to do on my own. So if you are interested in making a difference, interested in standing for something rather than falling for anything, ready to stand up against work place injustice and non-union representation then send me an e-mail. My address is ilovebopping@aol.com. Put work place injustice on the subject box. They get seven billion and we get discharged with no compensation or justice. I need your support; come join me in the fight for justice. My trial is scheduled for June and my case #is 08-4182. I will be at the US District Court, Philadelphia, PA. Write to the Judge who is presiding over my case and let him know about your job related in justices. Don’t forget to send a letter to the President as well. I have a pre-trail conference on 6/3/09 @4;30 PM court RM; 3A, so come join me ! Mr.Stephen , US Veteran Proud to be an American “Yes We Can”
