Wireless connection- limited or no connectivity

I have a new router in the house and sometimes when I try to connect (wireless) I get a message that says "Limited or no connectivity" that appears after the wireless card had located the network and in spite of the fact that the strength in good. Does someone know what it means? How can I fix it?

Try changing your router's transmission channel to a different one. I believe this should do the trick.

You should access your router IP address. These addresses are not similar for all the routers. Check with your dealer for the address.

You need to go to the router's configuration page. You need to type in it's IP address (the gateway's IP) and then you need to search for the place to change it  (it's different from router to router). I changed it from 6 to 9 and it worked.
