Madam, If you search the World wide web for a bank thats on shore or Off. You do a Bank Wire to that Location, your daugther can pick the money up there. I hope this solves your problem. God Bless..PLuvit

You can generally wire transfer through your bank (if you have a bank account) directly to her bank.  Check w/your bank re:  their charges for International Wire Transfers.
