I think that it totally depends on your relationship. If you are an active, creative person, you'll take advantage of the weather changes. You can take advantage of snow and go skiing with your significant other, or enjoy a jacuzzi or sauna together. You could hike together or cozy up on the couch, watching movies and drink hot chocolate. There are many winter options. If you want to have fun with someone, you will be able to in any type of weather situation.
Like my tags I am totally a summer person . The heat affects my love life a lot. I tend to be more intimate during summer, the way people dress , the parties , I think there is actually something in the air. During winter most of the activities are indoors so I guess I am less active but being at home eventually leads to some action. I guess I am like a bear I tend to fall into a hibernation.

actually winter is a good time to play with .
