It could be; however, most of the computer sites that I watch recommend that you don't upgrade until it has been out awhile.  Many did that when Vista came out and there were bugs that had to be fixed. It probably will be the same with "7."  Go to www.helpmerick.com, which is one of the best sites I watch.

Yes windows7 home premium is definitely much better with enhance feature than Vista.
