If you are not intolerant to it: lots of milk;

And lots of scrubbing. Maybe consider an electric brush.

If you don't know the answer - browse the Chinese Herbal Medicine Guide

You should visit  http://www.grannymed.com/Meds/Teeth-whitening.aspx

Try these natural home remedies for teeth whitening :

  • Brush your teeth with salt; put the salt on the toothbrush instead of regular toothpaste (can also mix with lemon).
  • Brush your teeth using baking soda; add the baking soda into your regular toothpaste.
  • Drip some lemon drops on your toothbrush and brush your teeth.

Mash up a strawberry and mix it with about a tablespoon of baking soda to make a slurry.  Apply it to your teeth and allow it to sit for about 5 min., then rinse & brush your teeth.

Good eating, drinking and brushing habits are key for white and healthy teeth. But if your problems are old then it is better to consult the dentist before using any dental product as it may effect badly too. use following link for more information:

While tooth paste will help, you need to start the process by having trays customed made for you. Then at night you place a small quantity of carbamide (peroxide combination) into the tray. You will repeat this every night for about a week. You will gradually see a change of color. Some people will develop sensitivity to certain whiteners. The dentist will eventually find the one that is right for you. Once you have the color that fits you, a yearly application is applied again. Tooth paste alone will not give the whiteness you require.

There are various ways to whiten teeth. Such as: Laser Tooth Whitening, Veneers, Trays, Whitening strips, Paint-on, Dental Restorations, Whitening toothpastes, etc. Each type has its advantages and disadvantages of its own. You can choose whatever fits you most. And always consider safety first. Whatever whitens teeth is not only solution. What whites teeth and beside this keep your teeth healthy without any adverse effect would be the best choice.
