White discharge in diaper

My son is 5 months old and recently I have found a small spot of white discharge (looks almost calcium-like, not creamy) in his diaper at the tip of his penis. This usually occurs in his diaper that he has worn overnight. Could this be some sort of build up? His diaper is always super saturated having slept 10 hours.

Hi Allison,

I can't seem to find any information on this, which leads me to think that it is not something which is very common. I would have a pediatrician take a look.
