You can do a wheelie on the whole 1/4 mile with a maxed

Dodge Charger R/T

It's not necessary to tune anything - all options can stay on default

Emma is right, this is also for the 360, but make sure you basically get old/new day muscle cars. You will want two of them, one for wheelie's and the other for just sraigh up drag(the best one for straight up drag is the mustan gt)

NFS or nothing. Wink

Best wheelie cars are 67 Camaro,03 Mustang, and RX7. Best for straight drags is the new GTO and the Charger. These 2,fully maxed to level 4 parts, tall gears...can easily handle both straights and wheelies. So,if you want a car that can do it all...choose a Goat or Charger. Wink

Does the burnout have anything to do with the length of the wheelie?  I use a Logitech MOMO wheel with pedals and just can't seem to get more than a 70 ft wheelie. I will try the suggestions here though and hope for the best. I can set track records and dominate in the other catagories, but the wheelie thing has me stumped.

I have an 800 hp Mazda rx8 and a Chevelle with 600 hp. Nothing with the rx8 and about 70 ft so far with the Chevelle, so I must be doing something wrong. I will check my levels and do more adjusting.

Thanks

Russ

Nevermind. I got the stage three suspension and get great wheelies now. I just hate how close it comes the the edge of the track sometimes now.
