Wheat diet

I've recently heard about a weight loss diet, called a wheat diet. What are the major principles of this diet and how will I know if it's suitable for me?

Sounds like a fad diet for me, where you only eat wheat and then you're supposed to miraculously lose dozens of pounds in days. Or not eating anything made of wheat, but that is not a diet, that is Celiac.

If you're gluten intolerant you should go and get checked. Other than that, a well balanced diet sounds a lot better than any miracle one.
