I have cut out dairy products, wheat and gluten from my diet and I am now noticing the benefits - no longer bloated, more energy, less catarrah. Could you recommend some recipes which cater for all these food categories? Is it safe to do this - I just don't want to put refined/chemicals into my body any more. I eat loads of fresh fruit/veg, chicken, fish, nuts, soya milk/products plus take a vitamin daily for menopausal women.
