I have braces. I Just got spacers about 5 hours ago. The rubberbands between your back teeth. Spacers are to space out your teeth fot basnds. Why do you nned bands?
The bands help to move the teeth in whatever direction they need to go- either down, back or forward. They add to the pressure that the braces give you. Have a look at this link, click here.
