It's doubtful that you would be experiencing the signs and symptoms of pregnancy before missing a period. You may find that you are really keen to fall pregnant and that you are so attuned now to every body change that you may very well be noticing changes we wouldn't normally with regards to ovulation.
Even if you do miss your period, wait for at least three days before having a blood test [which is more reliable than home testing kits]. At the same time, don't wait too long after missing a period either to be tested as you want to avoid a ruptured ectopic pregnancy....
