for me.when i want to stop and i have done it 3 time just to chill out abit. i go some where for 3 days. i bring dark chocolate and about 4 nips of bushmills whiskey... just enough to take the serious mind jones off. i prepare to be bummed out for a couple of days. its like ending a relationship. and i keep real busy. running and doing yoga and eating very good food. having a friend know helps for support .make your mind up and cut the weed contacts or tell your friends i am stopping. use the dark chocolate when you jone alittle use the whiskey when you jones hard ..good luck ...sleep helps alot too!
