What's the best way to contact the AOL Mail team directly?

Getting help from a live AOL person is much harder than it used to be.  If you're not a paying AOL subscriber you can pretty much forget about it.

There are other ways to get help, though.  You could post your problem here, for example.  You could also check AOL's email help page at http://help.aol.com/help/product/email/.  These won't necessarily put you in touch with an AOL employee, but just because a mail problem is urgent doesn't mean only AOL can help you with it.

My scroll bar in my aol mail contacts list won't  hold when I pull it down to reach a certain contact.  It just jumps back to the top of the list  before I can click on the desired contact.  What can I do?
