AOL Mail - Community Support Team

There are a few ways in which you can contact the Mail team....

First, you can check out the Mail blog at www.mailblog.aol.com and leave a comment.

Second, you might drop a question via email to Websuiteblog@aol.com.

Third, you can click on any of Feedback links located in webmail and fill out the brief comment form.

While a response can't always be guaranteed, your question or comment will be read.

Getting help from a live AOL person is much harder than it used to be.  If you're not a paying AOL subscriber you can pretty much forget about it.

There are other ways to get help, though.  You could post your problem here, for example.  You could also check AOL's email help page at http://help.aol.com/help/product/email/.  These won't necessarily put you in touch with an AOL employee, but just because a mail problem is urgent doesn't mean only AOL can help you with it.

I send a email and press the first letter of my contact and it comes up undefined but all of my contacts are still there.

Is it possible to send an e-mail to somene without your e-mail address showing up when they recieve it?

How do I track an e-mail that was sent to me without a senders name or address?
