Most of the nutrition bars contain way too many other ingredients in them that you don't want in your body! I suggest making your own small supplemented snacks or meals yourself and taking them with you! Along with mixing your own nutritional drinks fortified with the ingredient's you personally need to achieve maximum results FAST! I also suggest consuming raw fresh vegetables as snacks to keep your enzymes in check which is extremely important for your body to benefit from all the nutrition and supplements you consume! And it saves you large amounts of money too! You WILL achieve great results and BIGGER gains in size,strength and striation if you stay strict with these guidelines! Train hard and explosive and you will YOKE! Believe That!
