Whats a good midsize sedan?
I would go for either a Honda Accord, or Toyota Camry. They are the best.
The truth is it has to do with your price range. If you have the money to spend I would go for the Toyota Lexus. It's simply one of the finest cars. If you're looking for a more moderately priced car perhaps you would consider the Toyota Corolla.
